Why we keep building our own.

Our own products are where we try things first. A retrieval approach, a payment flow, a deployment setup or a new framework version gets used here, at our own cost, before it goes anywhere near a client's system.

It is also the reason we talk about operating software rather than only delivering it. These products have been in production long enough to break in the ordinary ways — a provider changing an API, a bill rising, a migration going sideways — and we were the ones who had to fix them.
