Finale: A Mac App for Deciding Which Projects to Continue
Finale is our own Mac app for people running side projects, startups and experiments. You set a 30, 60 or 90-day decision window, log daily signals and get a clear prompt to commit, pivot or stop.

The challenge
Projects fade, they rarely fail at once
Most side projects lose momentum slowly, and it is hard to tell when to stop. Without a fixed checkpoint and a record of real signals, the decision is made on feelings.
Our approach
A decision window for every project
Each project starts with a 30, 60 or 90-day window. Every day you log signals such as visitors, leads and revenue, and a timeline shows status badges like "On Track" or "Weak Signal" as momentum changes.
A decision point, not a dashboard
When the window closes, a Decision Point asks you to commit, pivot or kill the project. Settings add a menu bar icon with days left, currency and number formats, and gentle reminders.

More work
Other things we built and run
Framezone
Framezone is our own product: one private dashboard for tasks, habits, goals, money, fitness, reading and a journal. It also has an MCP server with 62 tools. MCP is a standard way for AI assistants to connect to apps. So Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients can read and update the account when the user asks.
Cashbell
Cashbell is our own Mac app. It lives in the menu bar, watches the stores you sell on and rings a bell when a sale comes in. It shows revenue and MRR (monthly recurring revenue) across 17 platforms, and it runs with no server and no account.
Estimonia
Estimonia is our own product. Upload photos of an antique, watch or piece of jewellery and get a USD value range, a confidence score and a written explanation. We built it and we run it. It has a Laravel 12 API that analyses photos with AI in the background, a web scanner and an auction house directory.
