The feed changed again. The listing site broke again. We take it over and keep it running.

When a portal or your CRM changes its feed, listings vanish, photos break or sold units come back. We rebuild the import, then look after listings, prices, forms and updates every month.

Listing feed checked on every import

Listings that match

Every import is checked, so a missing listing or a sold unit coming back is caught on that import.

What we usually hear

What property teams tell us when they hand over, and what we do first

“The listing feed broke the site again.”

We find what changed in the feed and rebuild the import, so the next change does not take the site down.

“Sold units still show as available.”

Status and prices are checked against your CRM on every import, and anything that does not match is flagged.

“The developer is gone, and so are some logins.”

We recover hosting, domain, licences and code, and move everything onto accounts in your name.

Seen in: Real Estate

“Updates have been skipped for months.”

Overdue updates go to a copy of the site first. We check listings and forms, then they go live.

Seen in: Real Estate

“An enquiry form stopped working, and nobody noticed.”

Forms on every listing are tested every month, so a broken one is found before a buyer finds it.

What you get

Six things every month, done by engineers who know your site

01

Updates tested on a copy first

WordPress, theme, plugin and Laravel updates are applied to a copy of the site (staging) and checked, listings and forms included, before they go live.

02

The listing feed checked on every import

Each import from your CRM or a portal is checked. Missing listings, broken photos and sold units coming back are flagged by that import, not by a buyer.

03

Prices and status that match

Prices, status and sold or rented units match your CRM, so buyers stop finding old prices on your site.

04

Enquiry forms tested

Forms on every listing are tested every month, and each enquiry still says which listing it is about.

05

Backups you can restore

Daily backups kept on another server, and restores we have actually tested. A bad day costs hours, not the site.

06

Small changes every month

Small changes such as prices, photos and banners, done by the engineers who already know the site.

Who it is for

For listing sites where a broken feed costs buyers

A good fit

Your listing site brings in buyers.

When listings vanish or show old prices, buyers notice before you do. The site needs engineers watching it, not a plugin that updates itself.

  • A broken feed or form costs you enquiries.
  • You want named engineers who know the site, not a ticket queue.
  • You want listings, forms and updates looked after every month.

Not a fit yet

A handful of listings?

A low-cost update service will do, and we will say so.

Come back when the site grows.

Want a whole new portal?

Listings, calculators and profiles from scratch are a bigger build.

How a handover runs

Access and a backup first, then the feed

  1. Step 01

    Recover access and back up

Before anything changes, we get hosting, domain and logins in your name and take a full copy of the site and its database.

  2. Step 02

Review the site and the feed

Theme, plugins, custom code, hosting and every import, written up: what is broken, fragile and fine.

  3. Step 03

    Fix the feed

The import repaired or rebuilt, so a change on the portal or CRM side no longer breaks the site. Tested on a copy first.

  4. Step 04

    Keep it right every month

Tested updates, feed and form checks, backups and small changes, with the same engineers every month.

FAQ

Questions property teams ask before handing over

Yes. We recover hosting, domain, licences and code, write down what is there and move everything onto accounts in your name before we change anything.
The usual ones: an export from your CRM, an XML file from a portal, or the feed your site sends to portals. We look at yours first, before we price the fix.
The import check flags the change on the next import, and we fix it inside the monthly plan.
We work on WordPress and Laravel every day, which covers most listing sites. If yours runs on something else, we say so in our first reply.
Response times are written into the monthly plan, with a faster response when listings or enquiry forms are down. They are listed on the pricing page.
Yes: a new project page, a fee calculator, or leads routed to one agent. The engineers who run the site build them.
