Delivery and Refund Terms

These terms apply to the fixed-price packages you can buy on this website: today, the System Review and the Store Review. They are sold by Reaktör Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi, trading as Reactll. The full contract is the Distance Sales Agreement. Any other work we do is covered by its own proposal and our Terms of Service.
1. What you receive
A written report on your own software system or online store: what is wrong with it, what it would take to fix, and what that would cost. It is yours to keep, whether or not you hire us afterwards.
Nothing physical is shipped, so there is no shipping cost and no courier.
2. How and when it reaches you
- Within one working day of your payment, we write to the email address on your order and tell you what access we need and how to share it safely.
- We email you the report within 7 days of getting that access.
- If access arrives late or stops working, the 7 days move by the same amount of time. We tell you as soon as that happens.
3. Price
The price is shown on our pricing page and on the order form before you pay. The amount on the form when you place the order does not change afterwards.
- Businesses in Türkiye pay the Turkish lira price shown on the order form, plus 20% KDV. We invoice in Turkish lira.
- Businesses in the EU pay €1,000 without VAT and account for VAT themselves under the reverse charge. We need your VAT ID for this.
- Businesses elsewhere pay €1,000 with no Turkish VAT.
4. Refunds

To ask for a refund, write to [email protected] with your order number. We answer within two working days. An approved refund goes back to the card you paid with, through iyzico, within 14 days. How quickly it shows on your statement depends on your bank.
If you paid by bank transfer, the refund goes back to the account it came from.
5. The price comes off the next step
If you go ahead with the build or fix we propose within 30 days of the report, the full price of the package, before VAT, comes off that work.
6. Business customers and the right of withdrawal
We sell to businesses, not to consumers (Terms of Service, section 2), and you confirm this when you order. The statutory right of withdrawal is a consumer right and does not apply to a business purchase.
If mandatory law nevertheless treats you as a consumer, section 7 of the Distance Sales Agreement applies.
7. Paying safely
You pay by Mastercard or Visa through iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.), a licensed payment institution in Türkiye. You type your card details into iyzico's form. They go to iyzico over an encrypted connection and never reach us: we receive only the result of the payment. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3D Secure.
