Quote on the first read. One quote form per product line.

Each product line is priced from different facts. We build a quote form on every product page that asks for them, in your buyers’ languages, so sales can quote without a second email.

RFQ Checklist

First step

One form per product line

If the form asks what sales needs, the first email back can be a price.

No second email

What walks in

Where quote requests lose a day, and what we change

01

Quote requests arrive without quantity, material or standard.

A form per product line that asks for size or model, material, quantity and standard before it can be sent.

02

One contact form for every product line.

A quote button on every product page, so the request already knows which product it is about.

03

Drawings and spec sheets arrive three emails later.

Drawings, spec sheets and photos attach to the request itself and travel with it into your system.

04

Buyers abroad leave half the fields empty.

The same forms in the languages your export buyers read, from one install with a language switch.

05

Emailed RFQs get retyped by hand.

AI reads emailed requests and attachments and turns them into the same shape as the form, for a person to check.

06

Nobody knows how many requests became orders.

Every request gets a reference and a product-line tag, so quoted and won requests can be counted per market.

Who it is for

Built for manufacturers that quote every week

A good fit

Your sales team keeps asking the same questions.

  • Quote requests come in through your website or by email, every week.
  • Each product line is priced from different facts, and a generic form misses them.
  • You want every request to land in one place, in one shape.

Want online prices and checkout?

Every product with a price and a basket is a B2B store, not a quote flow.

Start with quote forms; a store can follow for standard items.

Not a fit yet

Need dealer logins on day one?

Dealer prices, documents and order history are a portal, which is a bigger build.

Start with the forms; the portal can be added later.

Security checklist

The RFQ form checklist

Twelve checks we run on every manufacturer’s quote flow. Tick what your current form already does. Your ticks are saved only in your browser.

0 of 12 confirmed

Tick only what you can confirm, not what you assume. Several basics are unconfirmed. That is normal for an AI-built app, and exactly what the review covers. In good shape. The unticked items are where incidents usually start. All 12 confirmed. Keep it that way as the app changes.

How we work

Your sales team’s questions first, then the form

  1. 01 · Map

    What happens

    Map Your Product Lines

Per product line, we list every fact your sales team needs before it can quote. That list becomes the form.

  2. 02 · Build

    What happens

    Forms in Your Buyers’ Languages

A quote form on every product page, with drawings as attachments, landing in your ERP, CRM or inbox.

  3. 03 · Read

    What happens

    Emailed RFQs Too

AI turns RFQs that still arrive by email into the same shape, for your team to check and price.

  4. 04 · Run

    What happens

    Keep It Running

We monitor the forms, keep spam out and change fields when product lines or markets change.

FAQ

Questions manufacturers ask about quote forms

For standard items with a list price it can, if you want it to. Most manufacturers keep a person on the final price for anything sized, certified or shipped abroad. Our job is to make sure that person has every fact on the first read.
Usually, where the system offers an API (a way for other software to send it data), an import or an email-in address. We check what yours allows before we price the integration.
Any your buyers read. Each language runs from one install with a language switch, translated fields and the right search signals for each version.
No. The quote forms can be added to the site you have. If the site itself is the problem, we will tell you, but that is a separate decision.
Usually within a week. Mapping the product lines and fields with your sales team is the first step and takes a few days.
