One honest conversation with an engineer.

Before anyone quotes you anything. A free technical call with a senior engineer who could do the work. You leave with a straight answer: whether we fit, which published price band your work sits in, and the one next step.

Why a call first

Why start with a call?

The person on the call is an engineer who could do the work, not a salesperson, and the price band comes from the same list that is on our pricing page.

If it is clearly not something we do, the reply says so. When the answer depends on what is inside an existing system, the next step is a System review. When the need is clear, it goes straight to a fixed quote.

An engineer. A straight answer. One next step.

How a job starts here

From a short form to one clear next step

01

Tell Us Which Situation Is Closest

The form asks one question first (build, stuck, or keep running), then a name, an email and, optionally, a link.

02

An Engineer Reads It

The request goes to an engineer, not a sales queue, and if it is clearly not something we do, the reply says so.

The path

Nothing is booked until you ask for it.

03

The Call

By video or phone. We ask how the business runs, what has been tried, and what budget and timing are realistic. You can ask anything about how we work.

Who it is for

For people with something to build, fix or keep running

Not sure yet what it needs? That is exactly what the call is for.

A good fit

No In-House Tech Team

You run a business and need a technical opinion you can trust.

A good fit

A Live System That Worries You

A WooCommerce store, a Laravel or PHP application, or a mobile app.

A good fit

An Idea or a Manual Process

You want to know whether software, a tool, or nothing is the answer.

Not a fit

On Site, or by the Hour

We work remotely and sell finished work, not hours of someone's time. A local agency, a firm that rents out developers, or a larger consultancy fits better.

What you leave with

Three things you walk away with, whether or not we work together

A Straight Answer on Fit

If we are the wrong team, you hear it on the first call, with a pointer to a firm that fits.

The Cost Band Before the Brief

Before anyone writes a proposal, we match your work to our published prices: a System review, a fixed-price Build or a monthly Run plan.

And one next step

One next step, not a sales sequence.

Usually a System review if a system exists, a scope and fixed quote if it does not, or nothing at all if a tool you can buy already solves it.

FAQ

Questions people ask before the call

Yes, with no obligation. It lets you judge whether we are right for you, and lets us turn down work we would do badly.
A link to the site or app if one exists, a short description of what is missing or broken, and a budget range if you have one. A two-minute screen recording of the current process helps more than a long document.
Often a tool will do, and we will tell you. Custom software earns its cost when the process is specific to how you make money, or your tools cannot talk to each other.
You get the price band, not the final figure: a System review, a fixed-price Build or a monthly Run plan. A fixed price comes with a written scope. Current prices are on our pricing page.
