“Buyers want our ISO certificates before a price.”
Certificates sit next to each product as dated downloads. Each has an owner and a renewal date, so an expired one is replaced in one place.
Let the catalog answer, then take the quote. Your products online with specifications, certificates and a quote request for each exact product, in your buyers' languages. Enquiries arrive with what your sales team needs.
Standard products at fixed prices? A normal store with a cart is the better tool.

What it is
A B2B catalog and quoting system puts a manufacturer's or distributor's products online. Each product has its specifications, certificates and a quote request tied to that exact product, brand or service.
You get a catalog your team can add to, in your buyers' languages. Enquiries arrive with what your sales team needs to give a price. A dealer portal comes later, if it pays. Our public work includes Limex Electric's list of 100 brands, with a quote form on every brand page.
B2B Catalogs & Quoting covers products, specifications and the path from enquiry to quote to order. A company site with a contact form is Corporate & Multilingual Websites. A bigger system with many user roles, claims, projects or approvals is Custom Platforms & Portals. Several independent sellers is a Marketplace. Sending enquiries into your CRM or ERP by fixed rules belongs to Process Automation & Integrations.
Catalog site or portal? Most manufacturers first need a fast catalog in several languages with good quote forms. WordPress does that for a fraction of what a portal costs. A portal pays off only when repeat customers reorder often and your ERP can supply clean price lists.
Where this usually starts
What we already know
01
It depends on the customer's price group, quantity discounts, pack sizes, minimum order, currency and delivery terms (Incoterms). So we set up price lists per customer group before we design any screen.
02
If list prices or exchange rates change, the order still uses the quoted price until the quote expires. It also remembers which quote it came from.
03
An ISO certificate that expired last year but can still be downloaded from the product page does more harm than no certificate.
Who it is for
A good fit

Sold to anyone? A normal store with a cart is the better tool; see WordPress & WooCommerce.
If every quote is worked out by hand, put the catalog and a good quote request form online. Keep pricing in your ERP or spreadsheet.
How a catalog gets built
Step 01
What buyers compare, the documents they ask for and how your sales team prices today.
Step 02
We agree categories, product details, documents and quote-form fields before design.
Step 03
Page templates first, then products typed in or imported into one shared database.
Step 04
Once enquiries come in, we check whether you have enough repeat customers for a login with their own prices.

Which of these is closest?
Two steps. We ask for an email on the next one.
An engineer reads it and usually answers the same working day. In the meantime, feel free to explore.
