Buyers check the spec sheet before they call. Make it easy to find, in their language.

Exporters lose deals before the first call: specs locked in a PDF, certificates procurement has to ask for, quotes retyped from email. We build the catalogue, documents and quote flow you sell through.

If your WordPress catalogue is sound, restructuring it usually costs less than a rebuild. We will say so.

Honest before clever

What we fix for exporters

Five places export sales stall before the first call

01

“Our best specs live in a PDF from three years ago.”

Specs stored as data for each product and shared across languages, so translations stay in step. Buyers search by product, standard and application. Comparison pages, filters and spec-sheet PDFs then come almost free.

04

“Engineers answer the same questions in three languages.”

First answers drafted from your own spec sheets, standards and manuals with the source linked, approved by an engineer before they go out.

05

“Quote requests (RFQs) get retyped from email into the ERP.”

A quote form that asks for product, quantity, Incoterm (delivery terms) and destination, and sends it to the right salesperson. Quote requests sent by email are read into the same form before they reach Logo, Mikro or Netsis.

What we already know

Industrial buyers read a site differently. We build for how they read

Product lines, standards and export paperwork shape the structure long before the design. These are the details we plan for from the first meeting.

Buyers compare on the spec

A fertiliser is chosen on its guaranteed content, a gas hose on EN 14800, a nail on gauge and finish.

Export paperwork reaches the website

Under the EU's carbon border rules (CBAM), importers of steel, aluminium, fertilisers and cement must report the emissions behind what they buy, and the questionnaires land on the supplier. We build the data structure; the figures come from your specialists.

One product, many entry points

Installers search by application, procurement by standard. One record, two navigations.

Where AI fits a manufacturer

AI drafts and reads. Your engineers approve

Where AI helps

First drafts, approved by your people.

  • First answers to technical enquiries from your own documents, for an engineer or salesperson to approve.
  • Incoming quote requests turned into a clear, structured request, with missing details flagged.
  • First-draft product translations in new export languages, reviewed by someone who knows the terms.
Where it does not 01

Pricing and technical approval

Margins, lead times and specification fit stay with your people. AI that guesses a pressure rating is a risk.

Where it does not 02

Compliance figures

Certificate validity, test results and emissions data come from the documents and your specialists, never from a model's summary.

What changes

What changes once your catalogue is data, not a PDF

  1. 01

A Catalogue Foreign Buyers Can Use

Every product with its standard, sizes, applications and documents, in the languages your buyers read.

  2. 02

    Quote Requests Ready to Price

Complete enquiries sent to the right person, instead of free-text emails that start a week of questions.

  3. 03

One Team Through New Lines and Markets

The team that built the catalogue updates it when a line or market changes.

FAQ

Questions manufacturers ask before we start

It is quoted at a fixed price agreed before any code. Cost moves with the number of products and spec fields, languages, ERP connection and whether dealers need their own logged-in area. If you already have a site, start with a System review, credited against the build within 30 days; restructuring an existing WordPress catalogue is often cheaper than a rebuild. Current prices are on our pricing page.
Yes. Each product carries its spec sheet, certificates and registration documents, and expired documents are easy to replace without a developer.
Yes. A dealer portal gives each partner a login with the price list, documents and order or quote history that apply to them, and it can be added to an existing catalogue site later.
It drafts technical answers, turns quote requests (RFQs) into a clear structure and writes first-draft translations. It does not set prices or approve technical fit. We will tell you if you do not get enough enquiries to make it worth it.
We do, if you want us to. Reactll has run software in production since 2018, so we run and maintain what we build rather than handing over code and walking away.
