Reactll provides AI and software engineering services: we design, build and operate software for our clients. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

• AI systems built into existing software, including retrieval over private data, agent pipelines and MCP servers
• Custom software: custom platforms, client portals, marketplaces, and web and mobile applications
• Modernization and ongoing operation of existing systems, including WordPress and WooCommerce
• System reviews and technical consulting
• Free online tools (such as the Security Check)
• Client portal access for project management and reporting

Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or creating accounts
• Use our tools and services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

For client engagements, intellectual property ownership of deliverables is defined in the individual service agreement.

6. Client Portal

If you are granted access to our client portal, additional terms apply:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• Portal access is granted on a per-project basis and may be revoked upon project completion or contract termination.
• Content and data within the portal is confidential and should not be shared with unauthorized parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Reactll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our free tools or website content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our website or services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, the country where Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have exclusive jurisdiction. Our services are offered to businesses; where a mandatory law of your country gives you a protection that cannot be excluded by contract, that protection still applies. For the processing of personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement sets its own governing law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
