Racool Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms apply to the Racool game made by Reaktör Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Reactor Technology LLC), trading as Reactll (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.

2. Your Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Racool on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

Please don’t copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the store you got it from.

3. Coins and Items

Coins, boosters, souvenirs and looks in Racool are part of the game. They have no real-world money value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Game progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app or resetting progress removes it permanently.

4. Updates and Availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the game at any time, for example to fix problems or add content.

5. Content

The game, its characters, art, music and text belong to us or our licensors. Real places and landmarks appear as playful souvenirs; the game is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.

6. No Warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it fun and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or available without interruption.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
