Reactll — AI & Software Engineering Reactor Technology

Someone should be looking after it.

The system that pays your bills, every month. Monthly care for websites, WooCommerce stores, Laravel platforms and the servers behind apps, including systems we did not build. Tested updates, backups, monitoring and engineering hours.

A brochure site that rarely changes? Your host's managed plan is enough.

Run plan · rolling monthly

How the plan runs

What happens to your system, and how often

One plan, rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. Every site we run is listed on reactll.com/status, with its live status and 90-day uptime.

Always on

Watched

  • Uptime checked every five minutes
  • Checks on the pages that touch the database and take money
  • Security certificate and domain expiry dates watched
  • Errors monitored, so we hear before customers do

Every day

Backed up

  • Backups stored off the server
  • Restored now and then, as a test
  • Recovery is a known routine, not a hope

Every month

Updated

  • WordPress, plugins, Laravel, add-on packages and PHP versions
  • Every update checked on a test copy before it reaches the live site
  • A budget of engineering hours for fixes and small changes

When it breaks

Answered

  • Help from the engineers who know the system
  • A hacked site isolated, cleaned and checked for backdoors
  • The way in closed, passwords and keys changed, the system made harder to break into

What we already know

Where maintenance quietly fails, and what we do instead

Servers we manage for you (DigitalOcean with RunCloud, nginx or Apache, and Cloudflare), or your existing hosting. Every account stays in your name.

A Backup Never Restored Is a Guess

On restore day you find the database was excluded, or the backup lived on the server that died. We restore in tests.

Green Homepage, Broken Checkout

An uptime check on the homepage can show green while checkout is broken. Our checks hit the pages that touch the database and take money.

Find the Way In

Clean a hacked site without finding how they got in, and it is hacked again. Hidden ways back in (backdoors) hide in uploads, must-use plugins and extra admin accounts.

Where this usually starts

Situation 01

Updates skipped for months, because the last one broke something.

Updates are checked on a test copy before they reach the live site, so the system stays current instead of falling years behind. Hosts drop old PHP versions on their own schedule. Sites left behind stop working the day the upgrade is forced.

Situation 02

You found out the site was down because a customer told you.

Uptime, certificates and errors are monitored, so we hear before customers do, and every site we run is on our public status page.

Who it is for

Worth a plan once the system takes money every day

Reactll's Maintenance, Security & Hosting is the Run plan: monthly care for websites, WooCommerce stores, Laravel platforms and the servers behind mobile apps, including systems we did not build.

Updates, security, backups, monitoring and engineering hours come in one monthly plan, rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. Our status page publicly shows the live status and 90-day uptime of the client sites we run, checked every five minutes.

It fits when the system brings in revenue or leads, so downtime, a broken checkout or a form that quietly stops working costs real money. It fits when you have no engineer of your own and want to talk directly to the people who do the work. And it fits when it runs on WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel or PHP, whether or not we built it.

It is not a fit for a simple site that rarely changes: a low-cost plugin-update service or your host's managed plan is enough. A system that needs fixing before it can be maintained starts with the System review or Project Rescue, then moves onto Run.

Maintenance, Security & Hosting keeps a live system healthy. New features on top of it are scoped and priced separately, through Scope & Fixed Quote. Takeover & Handover comes first when nobody knows how it is built. Project Rescue is for systems too broken to maintain. If the system rarely changes and earns little, calling a developer when it breaks is cheaper.

Once it takes money every day, one bad outage usually costs more than months of a plan.

FAQ

Questions people ask before handing a system over

It is a monthly Run plan, rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. The price grows with the number of systems and the engineering hours you expect each month. The current figures are on our pricing page.
Yes. Before changing anything, we get the logins back, take a backup and review the system, so you know what it needs.
We take it offline from the rest, look for hidden ways back in (backdoors) and clean it. Then we close the gap the attacker used, change every password and key, and make the system harder to break into.
Where it is now, or on a server we manage for you. Either way, the accounts end up in your name.
