New products, new certificates. Your site should keep up. Including sites someone else built.

New products and certificates added, every language kept in step, updates tested on a copy first and quote forms checked. Every month, by engineers who know your site.

Kept current

A buyer who downloads your ISO certificate should get this year’s, in their language.

What walks in

What export teams usually tell us when they hand over, and what we do first

“Adding one product means waiting for the web agency.”

Send us the spec sheet and photos. The product goes up in every language, with its quote button, the same week.

Seen in: Manufacturing & Export

“An expired certificate is still on the site.”

We note every expiry date, remind you a month before and swap the file when the new one arrives.

Seen in: Manufacturing & Export

“The German pages are a year behind.”

Each change goes to every language together, checked by someone who knows your product terms.

Seen in: Manufacturing & Export

“The developer is gone, and so are some logins.”

We recover hosting, domain, licences and code, and move everything onto accounts in your name.

Seen in: Manufacturing & Export

“A trade fair is coming, and the site is not ready.”

We plan back from the fair date: products, certificates and language pages first, then speed on a phone.

What you get

Six things every month, done by engineers who know your site

01

New products added for you

Send us the spec sheet and photos. The product goes up with its spec table and quote button, in every language.

02

Certificates kept current

We note the expiry date of every certificate and remind you a month before. The new one goes up, the old one comes down.

03

Every language in step

A change reaches every language together. Your translator writes the text, or we draft it for someone who knows your terms to check.

04

Updates tested on a copy first

WordPress, theme and plugin updates go to a copy of the site (staging) first. We check pages and forms, then they go live.

05

Quote forms checked every month

We send a test request through every form, so a broken form is found by us, not by a buyer who gave up.

06

Backups and monitoring

Daily backups on another server, restores we have tested, and the site checked every five minutes. A bad day costs hours, not the site.

Who it is for

For exporters whose buyers check the site first

A good fit

Buyers check your site before they call.

An expired certificate or an old product page can cost you the enquiry, so the site needs someone who keeps it current.

  • Buyers abroad check your site before they send an RFQ.
  • Your products, certificates or markets change several times a year.
  • You want named engineers who know the site, not a ticket queue.

A small site that rarely changes?

Our basic Care plan covers hosting, updates and backups, and we will say so.

See basic Care on the pricing page.

A site that needs rebuilding?

Some sites need fixing before they can be looked after.

Start with a catalogue review.

How a handover runs

Access and a backup first, then the monthly routine

  1. Step 01

    Recover access and back up

Before anything changes, we get the logins in order and take a full copy of the site and its database, somewhere safe.

  2. Step 02

    Review the site

Products, certificates, language pages, forms, plugins and hosting, written up: what is out of date, fragile and fine.

  3. Step 03

    Bring it up to date

Expired certificates replaced, missing products added, language pages brought in step and overdue updates tested on a copy.

  4. Step 04

    Keep it current every month

New products, certificates and pages as they come, tested updates, form checks and backups, with the same engineers.

FAQ

Questions exporters ask before handing over their site

Yes. We recover hosting, domain and logins, check the code and plugins, and move everything onto accounts in your name before we change anything.
Yes. Tell us the date on the first call. We plan the catch-up work back from it: products, certificates and language pages first, then speed on a phone.
Your translator, your distributor or your own team, if you have one. If not, we draft them, and someone who knows your product terms checks them before they go live.
Yes. Your team keeps full admin access. We take the harder changes, the updates and the checks, and fix anything that breaks.
Response times are written into the monthly plan, with a faster response when the site or the quote forms are down. They are listed on the pricing page.
Then we say so after the review, with a fixed price for the fix or the rebuild. Care can start on the site you have while you decide.
