Invoice the day it delivers. PODs and gate times, straight from the driver’s phone.

Drivers open a link, snap the POD and tap gate in and out. It lands on the load at once, so billing can invoice the same day. No app store needed.

POD Checklist

First step

Tied to the load number

If the POD lands on the load, billing does not have to chase it.

No app store needed

Apps for drivers to install: the upload opens from a text link

1

Load or PRO number on every upload, so no photo is left without a load

2

Gate times per stop, in and out, saved with the phone’s own clock

Same day

When billing sees the POD: the moment the driver uploads it

What walks in

Where a POD loses a day, and what we change

01

The POD sits on the driver’s phone.

A link in a text opens the upload. The driver snaps the POD, and it lands on the load.

03

Nobody has the gate times when detention is disputed.

The driver taps gate in and gate out. The phone’s own time and place are saved with each tap.

04

Owner-operators will not install another app.

It runs in the phone’s browser, in English and Spanish. Nothing to install and no password.

05

Billing finds the missing PODs at month end.

Loads delivered with no POD after a set number of hours are listed for someone to chase.

06

PODs live in three inboxes and a group chat.

One place per load for the POD, the BOL and damage photos, ready to send into your TMS later.

Who it is for

Built for freight firms that wait on paperwork

Drayage · Trucking · Brokers · 3PL · Owner-operators

A good fit

Billing waits on PODs that already exist.

  • PODs come back by text, email or paper, days after delivery.
  • Detention is hard to bill because the gate times are missing.
  • You want a fix this quarter, without changing your TMS.

Not a fit yet

Drivers already use a POD app?

If your ELD or TMS app collects PODs and drivers really use it, the gap is somewhere else.

The Load Retyping Review finds where.

Security checklist

The POD and gate-time checklist

Twelve checks we run on every POD flow. Tick what yours already does. Your ticks are saved only in your browser.

0 of 12 confirmed

Tick only what you can confirm, not what you assume. Several basics are unconfirmed. That is normal for an AI-built app, and exactly what the review covers. In good shape. The unticked items are where incidents usually start. All 12 confirmed. Keep it that way as the app changes.

How we work

One delivery mapped first, then the upload

  1. 01 · Map

    What happens

    Map One Delivery

We follow one load from delivery to invoice with your team, and note where the POD waits.

  2. 02 · Build

    What happens

    Build the Upload

A phone page from a text link, tied to the load or PRO number, with POD photos and gate times.

  3. 03 · Office

    What happens

    Put It on the Load

The office sees each POD on the load at once. Missing PODs and long waits are listed for billing.

  4. 04 · Run

    What happens

    Keep It Running

We watch it every month and fix what breaks. Your TMS can come later, once the upload has proved itself.

FAQ

Questions freight firms ask about POD upload

No. Drivers open the upload from a link in a text message, on any phone. It can be saved to the home screen like an app, but nothing goes through an app store.
The link already carries the load or PRO number, or the driver picks the load from a short list. Every upload is tied to one load, with who sent it and when.
Yes, as a later step. First the office sees PODs in a simple load view we build. Then we send them into your TMS where it allows that, and we check what yours allows before we price it.
They are a much better record than memory. The driver taps gate in and gate out, and the phone’s own time and place are saved with each tap. Your terms and your team still decide what to bill.
Not as one product. We designed the shipper and carrier flows for Quickload, built a quote form per service for BOS Global Logistics, and run phone photo upload in our own app, Estimonia. A POD upload puts those pieces together, which is why we can give a fixed price.
Usually within a week. Mapping one delivery with your team takes a few days, and the build is priced in writing after that, before any code.
