Buyers judge your work before they call. Your site has to show it. Every event on its own page.

A page for every event you ran, with the client, the brief and the photos. Clients, awards and the privacy pages buyers check. Built on WordPress your team can edit.

Agency Site Checklist

First step

Case by case

Every event gets its own page: the client, the brief, what you did and the photos.

Not only a showreel

What a buyer looks for on an agency site, and what we build

03

Procurement asks where your privacy pages are.

Privacy, cookie and photo-consent pages linked from every page, as GDPR or your local data law requires.

05

Adding an event means calling a developer.

Each event is one entry your team fills in. The event list and the homepage update by themselves.

06

The showreel makes the homepage slow on a phone.

Video and galleries set up to load fast on a phone, and checked before launch.

Who it is for

Built for agencies that sell to companies

Event agencies · DMCs · Congress organisers · Incentive travel

A good fit

The next brief is judged on your site.

  • You run events for companies, not for ticket buyers.
  • Your best events are filmed, but not shown case by case.
  • A brief, a tender or a rebrand is coming soon.

Not a fit yet

Selling tickets to the public?

You need a booking flow, not an agency site.

See Ticket & Booking Sales.

Not a fit yet

No brand yet?

A new identity comes before the site.

Come back when the brand is ready; we build to it.

Security checklist

The agency site checklist

Thirteen things a corporate buyer looks for on an agency site. Tick what yours already does. Your ticks are saved only in your browser.

0 of 13 confirmed

Tick only what you can confirm, not what you assume. Several basics are unconfirmed. That is normal for an AI-built app, and exactly what the review covers. In good shape. The unticked items are where incidents usually start. All 13 confirmed. Keep it that way as the app changes.

How we work

Your last pitch first, then the case pages

  1. 01 · Look

    What happens

    Your Last Pitch

You show us a recent brief and the site the buyer saw. We list what they looked for and could not find.

  2. 02 · Plan

    What happens

    The Case Pages

We pick the events to show first and agree one shape for every event page, with a fixed price.

  3. 03 · Build

    What happens

    Design and Build

WordPress in your buyers’ languages, on a test copy you can try. Your team learns to add events.

    Ready for the Next Brief

Tested updates, backups and small changes every month, by the people who built it.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask before a new site

Yes. Each event is one entry with the same fields: client, brief, what you did, photos and video. Adding one updates the event list and the homepage at once. We built Oksijen Events this way.
It is a good start. Each event page needs a few photos, a short clip and a few lines on the brief and the result. We give you the shape, and your team fills it from what you already have.
Those events can show the brief and the work without the client’s name. Or they stay off the site until you have approval.
Yes. Every page has a version per language, with a language switcher in the header. We built Global Turizm this way, in Turkish and English.
The timeline is agreed with the fixed price. What decides it most is how fast the first case pages are ready, so we start with the events you most want buyers to see.
Often, yes. If it runs on WordPress, we can usually keep it and add proper case pages. If starting again is cheaper, we will say so before any work.
