Answer customers from your own data.

And hand over to a person when it matters. An AI that answers on your website, WhatsApp or Instagram from your own catalogue, prices, policies and order data, with a trail of what was said and what it cost.

Mostly asked where an order is? Quick replies and a tracking message do it without a model.

What it is

An assistant that answers from your data, and knows when to stop

A customer assistant is an AI that answers your customers on your website, WhatsApp or Instagram DMs from your own catalogue, prices, policies and order data, and passes the conversation to a person when it should.

You get fewer repeat questions, answers that match your systems, and a trail of what was said and what it cost. We run a public AI advisor of our own on Real Estate Club Dubai. It answers only from its own database, with limits on spend and misuse.

A Customer Assistant talks to customers in public. Retrieval Over Private Data answers staff behind a login. Agent Pipelines take actions in the back office. Process Automation & Integrations moves data by fixed rules. Giving AI apps like Claude controlled access to your systems for your team (an MCP server) is part of our AI Systems work.

A chatbot is not always better than none, and when an FAQ and quick replies win on cost and risk, we will say so.

What we hear

Three things that usually come before an assistant

One assistant on your website, WhatsApp and Instagram DMs, answering from your catalogue, prices, policies and order data.

01

The same twenty questions on WhatsApp, every day.

We sort your real questions into three groups: answer, hand over, and never touch. Stock, sizes, hours, shipping and policies are answered from your data, so real enquiries stop waiting.

02

A chatbot plugin quoted a price that does not exist.

Prices, stock and order status are looked up live in your systems when the customer asks. The tools can only read: they cannot change a price or issue a refund.

03

Weekend messages wait until Monday.

The assistant answers from your data at any hour and hands refunds, complaints and anything uncertain to your team with the full history and a summary.

What we already know

The details that decide whether it holds up

  1. 01

    Plan for it

WhatsApp and Instagram have their own clock

WhatsApp allows free replies only within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that, only pre-approved message templates. Instagram automation has a similar window. Meta's WhatsApp Business Solution terms (in force since January 2026) also ban general-purpose AI assistants as the main service. So the assistant stays on your products, orders and bookings.

  2. 02

The bot and the person must not both answer

This is the most common failure after launch. Each conversation needs a clear status: assistant, waiting or human.

  3. 03

What it says, you may have to honour

In Moffatt v. Air Canada (2024), a Canadian tribunal held an airline responsible for a wrong refund policy its chatbot gave. For refunds, discounts and delivery promises, the assistant should quote your written policy or hand over to a person.

  4. 04

    Customers will test it

People will try to talk it into discounts or paste in tricky instructions. Tools that simply cannot change prices protect you better than clever wording.

Who it is for

Worth it when the answers already sit in your systems

Fewer repeat questions reach your team, answers come from your live systems, and a person takes over cleanly when it matters.

A good fit

  1. 01

A steady flow of repeat questions whose answers already sit in your catalogue, policies or order system.

  2. 02

Customers on more than one channel, wanting one assistant behind all of them.

  3. 03

You want clean takeover by a person and every conversation visible with its cost.

Not a fit yet

  • A Few Questions a Week

Or mostly "where is my order": FAQ, quick replies and an automatic tracking message do it without a model.

Start with Process Automation & Integrations

  • Answers for Staff

Answers from internal documents, behind a login, are a different system.

How it runs

From your real conversations to a running assistant

  1. Step 01

    Read the real conversations

We sort your questions into three groups: answer, hand over, and never touch.

  2. Step 02

    Connect the data

Read-only links to your catalogue, stock and orders. Nothing can change a price or issue a refund.

  3. Step 03

    Test, then one channel

We rerun real past questions on a test copy first. Then it goes live on one channel, usually the website.

  4. Step 04

    Add channels and run it

On a Run plan we review hand-overs monthly, rerun tests on every change and watch spend.

FAQ

Questions people ask before an assistant goes live

Yes, as a business assistant about your products, orders or bookings. It is built around Meta's rules, including the 24-hour reply window.
Not if it is built properly. It answers only from data it looked up live. It hands over to a person when it has nothing. And it is tested on your real past questions first.
Your team gets the full chat history and a summary. The assistant stays silent until your team hands the chat back.
A first assistant on one channel is a fixed-price build, and running it is a monthly Run plan, with model usage kept under a spending cap. Typical ranges are on our pricing page.
