AI automation and retrieval
Assistants and agents that answer over a company’s own documents, tickets and databases, with sources cited — wired into the tools their team already uses.
You meet projects that are not yours to build — an AI automation request, a WooCommerce store that has outgrown plugins, a legacy PHP system nobody wants to inherit. Introduce us, and take 10% of the first invoice once the client has paid it.
Assistants and agents that answer over a company’s own documents, tickets and databases, with sources cited — wired into the tools their team already uses.
Stores that have hit the plugin ceiling: custom checkout logic, ERP and payment integrations, data migrations, performance work that survives the next update.
A system already earning money that nobody wants to inherit. We upgrade it in place — no rewrite, no big-bang cutover, no six months of nothing shipping.
iOS and Android, built and shipped to the stores by the same people who built the backend — and kept in the stores afterwards.
Someone to own the system once it is live: monitoring, releases, upgrades, the phone call at an awkward hour. Most of our work is here, not in the launch.
A build that has stalled, an agency that has gone quiet, a codebase nobody can explain. We read it, tell the client what is actually there, and price the way out.
Your credibility is the thing you are actually spending when you make an introduction. So here is what we will turn down, before you put your name to it.
Ask an engineerMulti-year platforms with procurement cycles, a steering committee and a dozen stakeholders. We are eight people. We would be the wrong answer and you would wear it.
We are fully remote across nine countries. If the work requires a body in a room in Zurich or Riyadh, it is not ours.
Below that, the scoping, contracting and handover cost more than the project is worth — for us, and for the client you sent.
We build and run software. If there is no engineering in it, we are not adding anything you could not do better yourself.
There is no affiliate platform, no dashboard and no tracking link, because we have not built one. The mechanism is an email thread and a record of who sent whom. We would rather be honest about that than hand you a portal that quietly forgets your referral after thirty days.
Email [email protected] with the client copied in, or send us their details and we will write to them with you named as the referrer. Whichever is less awkward on your side.
The name, the client and the date go on the record the day the email arrives. Ask and we will confirm it back to you in writing, so you are not relying on our memory six months later.
We talk to the client directly and tell them what we would build, what it costs and what we would not do. You can stay in the thread or step out — either way we tell you what came of it.
When the client settles their first invoice, you invoice us for 10% of it and we pay within 14 days. Not on signature, not on a handshake — after the money has actually landed.
Most referral programmes do not fail at tracking. They fail at the paying-out step, months later, when nobody answers the email. The whole point of keeping this simple is that there is nowhere for it to get lost.
Paid after the client has paid us, in the currency you invoice in. Our projects generally run between €2,000 and €20,000, which puts a single referral somewhere between €200 and €2,000.
For example
A €8,000 build, paid in full
€8,000
Your share
€800
On retainers and ongoing operation work, the first invoice means the first month. We will tell you the figure before you introduce anyone, if you would rather know it in advance.
If invoicing us is awkward on your side — you are a sole trader, or in a country where it is a nuisance — say so when you make the introduction and we will agree a simpler route before the work starts, not after.
How the referral works in practice — what counts as a qualified introduction, how commission is calculated, and when you actually get paid.
If yours isn’t here, it is one message away. You will get a real answer from an engineer who could work on it — not a form reply from a sales desk.
Ask an engineerTell us what you are working on. You will talk to an engineer, not a salesperson.
No commitment. We'll review your situation and share honest recommendations.
Our team will reach out within a few hours. In the meantime, feel free to explore.
