Referral programme

Refer the work you cannot take on

You come across projects that are not yours to build — a request to automate work with AI, a WooCommerce store that plugins can no longer handle, an old PHP system nobody wants to take over. Introduce us, and take 10% of the first invoice once the client has paid it.

What we take on

The work worth sending our way

AI Automation and Retrieval

AI assistants that answer questions from a company’s own documents, support tickets and databases, and show where each answer came from — connected to the tools their team already uses.

WooCommerce and WordPress Engineering

Stores that plugins can no longer handle: custom checkout rules, links to stock, accounting (ERP) and payment systems, moving data across, and speed fixes that survive the next update.

Legacy PHP and Laravel Takeover

A system that already earns money but nobody wants to take over. We upgrade it step by step while it keeps running — no rewrite, no risky one-day switch-over, no six months without anything new going live.

Mobile Apps

iOS and Android apps, built and published to the app stores by the same people who built the server side — and kept up to date afterwards.

Running It After Launch

Someone to take care of the system once it is live: watching it, releasing updates, upgrades, the phone call at an awkward hour. Most of our work is here, not in the launch.

Rescue and Second Opinion

A project that has stalled, an agency that has gone quiet, code nobody can explain. We read it, tell the client what is really there, and give a price for fixing it.

Before you refer

What is not a fit

When you make an introduction, you are putting your own reputation on the line. So here is what we will turn down, before you put your name to it.

Ask an Engineer
Multi-year platforms with long buying processes, a steering committee and a dozen decision-makers. We are five people. We would be the wrong answer and you would wear it.
We are fully remote, with clients in ten countries. If the work requires a body in a room in Zurich or Riyadh, it is not ours.
Below the starting prices on our pricing page, the planning, contracts and handover cost more than the project is worth — for us, and for the client you sent.
We build and run software. If there is no engineering in it, we are not adding anything you could not do better yourself.

How it works

Four steps, done by email

There is no affiliate platform, no dashboard and no tracking link, because we have not built one. It works through an email thread and a record of who sent whom. We would rather be honest about that than hand you a portal that quietly forgets your referral after thirty days.

  1. You Make the Introduction

Email [email protected] with the client copied in, or send us their details and we will write to them with you named as the referrer. Whichever is less awkward on your side.

  2. We Record It Against Your Name

The name, the client and the date go on the record the day the email arrives. Ask and we will confirm it back to you in writing, so you are not relying on our memory six months later.

  3. We Scope It and Quote

We talk to the client directly and tell them what we would build, what it costs and what we would not do. You can stay in the thread or step out — either way we tell you what came of it.

  4. You Are Paid After They Pay

When the client settles their first invoice, you invoice us for 10% of it and we pay within 14 days. Not on signature, not on a handshake — after the money has actually landed.

Most referral programmes do not fail at tracking. They fail at the paying-out step, months later, when nobody answers the email. The whole point of keeping this simple is that there is nowhere for it to get lost.

What you get

10% of the first invoice

Paid after the client has paid us, in the currency you invoice in. Your share is a tenth of whatever that first invoice comes to, so it grows with the project you introduce. Project prices are on our pricing page.

For example

The client’s first invoice, paid in full

100%

Your share

10%

For monthly contracts and ongoing support work, the first invoice means the first month. We will tell you the figure before you introduce anyone, if you would rather know it in advance.

Share

10% of the first invoice

Flat. No tiers, no negotiation needed.

Paid when

After the client pays

Not on signature. Within 14 days of the money reaching us.

Scales with

The size of the project

A tenth of the first invoice, whatever it comes to. Project prices are on our pricing page.

Currency

USD · EUR · GBP

Whichever you invoice in.

Paid by

Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti.

The same entity that invoices our clients.

Limit

None

As many referrals as you have. You are free to refer to others too.

If invoicing us is awkward on your side — you work for yourself, or live in a country where it is a hassle — say so when you make the introduction and we will agree a simpler route before the work starts, not after.

FAQ

The things worth asking first

How the referral works in practice — what counts as an introduction, how your share is worked out, and when you actually get paid.

There is no tracking link and no time limit set by a browser cookie. You email us with the client copied, or you send us their details and we write to them with you named as the referrer. That thread is the record. We note your name and the date the day it arrives, and if you want it confirmed in writing, ask — we will send a line back saying we have logged it, with the client named. We keep it simple on purpose, because this is the part most programmes get wrong.
After the client has paid their first invoice — not when they sign, not when the project starts. You invoice us for 10% of that invoice and we pay within 14 days of the client’s payment reaching us. If the client signs and then never pays, there is nothing to share, and we will tell you that plainly rather than go quiet on you.
The introduction does not expire. A good number of these conversations stall for months and then restart, and if the project you introduced begins a year on, the 10% is still yours. We do not pay a share on unrelated work the same client brings us years later on their own. If a case is unclear, we will talk to you about it rather than quietly decide in our favour.
It is up to you, and the share is the same either way. Some referrers hand the conversation over and just want to know when it goes live. Others stay in the email thread, join the first planning meeting and keep the client relationship as their own. Both work. We will never go around you on anything you introduced, or use it to win the rest of that client’s work without you.
We tell you quickly and we tell you why — usually in the first meeting, before anyone has spent real time on it. A referral that wastes a week of your client’s time costs you more than the 10% is worth. So we would rather say no early than take on something we would do badly. If we know someone who does that kind of work, we will tell you.

Have a project that is not yours to build?

Tell us about the introduction. We will say honestly whether it fits.
