Reactll — AI & Software Engineering Reactor Technology

The project stalled at eighty percent.

We find out what is there and finish it. For software an agency abandoned, an app stuck at the demo stage, or a vibe-coded product (built mostly with AI tools) failing with real users. We say whether to rescue or rewrite, then finish it at a fixed price.

Works fine and only its developer has gone? Takeover & Handover is cheaper.

Rescue or rewrite

Worth rescuing, or cheaper to start again?

Project Rescue is for software that is broken, stuck or unfinished: a build an agency or freelancer abandoned, an app that never got past the demo, or a vibe-coded product (built mostly with AI tools) that falls over with real users.

We read the code and tell you plainly whether it is worth rescuing or cheaper to rewrite. Then we finish it at a fixed price and keep it running. We build our own products, Estimonia and Real Estate Club Dubai, with AI coding tools and run them with real users and payments. So we know where unfinished and AI-written code usually breaks.

It fits a web platform, store or mobile app that is partly built, broken on the live site or stuck, and still worth having. It does not matter who built it: an agency, a freelancer, your own team, or AI tools such as Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor or Claude Code. Most people who reach us want an honest answer on rescue or rewrite, and a fixed price for finishing. Open-ended spending is how they got here.

It is not a fit if the project works and only its developer has gone. That is Takeover & Handover, which is cheaper. Nor is it a fit if you want more developers working more hours on the same plan. If the plan or the database design is the problem, more people make it worse, so start with Scope & Fixed Quote. If it works but runs on technology so old it blocks the business, that is Legacy Modernization. If an AI tool built it and real users are about to arrive, start with the vibe-coded app page. It includes a security checklist you can run yourself.

Rescue keeps what you paid for and usually launches sooner, but it keeps the original design. A rewrite costs more and gives you a clean start. So we recommend a rewrite only when rescue would cost more.

How we work

Four stages from a stuck build to a product someone runs

Free technical call → System review within a week → fixed-price finish in stages → monthly Run.

  1. 01 · Review

The database design decides rescue or rewrite

Within a week we read the code, database, hosting and connections to other systems. We report serious security problems the day we find them. Messy screens and repeated code can be cleaned up in place. But if the database cannot reflect how the business works, every new feature has to fight it.

  2. 02 · Decide

"Finished" is written down before it is priced

A stuck project often has no single document that says what it should do, and a fixed price needs a fixed list of work. Ownership comes first: if an agency or freelancer was not fully paid, check what your contract says about who owns the code. We are not lawyers, but we will say what we see.

  3. 03 · Fix and Finish

    Dangerous gaps before missing features

We fix the dangerous gaps first, on a test copy: exposed data, leaked API keys, Supabase row-level security (per-user data locks) left off, permission checks done only on screen, and payment notifications nobody verifies. Then the last twenty percent goes live one stage at a time: password resets, permissions, failed payments, refunds, bounced emails, time zones and moving old data across.

  4. 04 · Run

The same engineers keep it running

After launch, the same engineers keep it updated, watched and moving. You can keep building with AI tools afterwards. Changes are tried on a test copy and checked before they go live.

What you have at the end

A launched product, in a code repository you own

Rescued or rewritten, the finish line is the same: it works with real users, and the next change is safe to make.

Tests · staging · backups

A Launched, Working Product

The missing parts are built and the dangerous gaps closed first.

Something You Can Keep Building On

Tests, a test copy of the site, backups and monitoring, with all the code in a repository you own.

First, a straight answer

FAQ

Questions people ask before a rescue

Usually rescue. Most stuck projects have a usable core plus some missing or dangerous parts. The System review tells you, with reasons, when the way the data is organised, the security or the technology makes a rewrite cheaper.
Yes, if the code and accounts can be handed over or recovered. We write down what "finished" means and complete it at a fixed price.
Finishing is a fixed price, agreed after the System review and before any code is written. The review fee comes off the build if you go ahead within 30 days. The current figures are on our pricing page.
Yes. We close the security gaps, clean up what will not hold up with real users, and keep what works. You can keep building with AI tools afterwards. Changes are tried on a test copy and checked before they go live.
