Enter the load once. Let the systems share it. TMS, load board and accounting, connected.
Every time a load is retyped, a rate or an accessorial can go missing. We connect the systems you already use, and AI reads and drafts the rest for your team to approve.
It flags the charge and drafts the line. A person on your team approves anything that changes money.

What walks in
Four signs your freight systems are ready to be connected
Each one points to a single first connection, built and measured before anything else is added.
Dispatch types the same load into the TMS, the load board and accounting.
Enter the load once
02Rate confirmations and invoices disagree, and someone finds out at month end.
Invoices from the rate con
03Detention and accessorial charges are billed late or not at all.
Accessorials checked by AI
04Status updates to shippers are typed by hand from the TMS screen.

What we build
Four things we connect and automate, each one checked by a person
Inside your TMS, email and accounting
One load, sent everywhere it needs to go
The load is entered once and reaches the load board and accounting software through their API or EDI (the ways systems exchange data automatically) or an import, with a log of what was sent.
Invoices built from the rate con and the POD
Invoices and carrier pay are built from the rate confirmation and the POD, and mismatches are flagged before anything goes out.
Detention and accessorials checked
AI checks detention, layover and lumper charges against gate timestamps and your terms, and drafts the line for billing to approve.
Status updates and rate requests, drafted
AI reads emailed rate requests and rate confirmations, and drafts status updates from the load record. A dispatcher reads, edits and sends.
How it starts
One connection first, measured on real loads.
AI usage is billed to your own AI account, with a spending cap, so you always see what it costs.
Who it is for
For freight firms that already have the systems
A good fit
- You run a TMS, a load board and accounting software that do not talk to each other.
- Dispatch or billing retypes loads, rates and statuses every week.
- You want to keep what you have and connect it.
Not a fit yet
-
A TMS with no way in?
No API, no EDI and no reliable export means no clean connection. The review says so before you pay for a build.
-
AI setting rates?
We do not build AI that sets rates, picks carriers or changes invoices with nobody checking.
-
About to switch TMS?
Connect the new one, not the system you are leaving.
How it runs
One connection first, measured, then the next
-
Step 01
System review, in about a week
We list every system a load passes through, check what each one allows and pick the one connection that saves the most retyping.
-
Step 02
Connect where the money is
Rate confirmation to invoice, POD to carrier pay and accessorials to billing come first. It is tested on copies of real loads first.
-
Step 03
Measure it on real loads
Every sync and every AI draft is logged: what went through, what a person changed and what failed.
-
Step 04
Extend it and keep it running
Status drafts, load board posting or carrier pay come next. Connections are monitored and fixed when a vendor changes something.
