BOS Global Logistics: A Bilingual Freight and Quote Request Site
Website build for BOS Global Logistics, a family-owned freight and warehousing group in Miami. A WordPress site with pages for drayage, intermodal, FTL and LTL, warehouse and business center services, a separate quote form for each service, a careers page, and English and Spanish versions.
The challenge
Six services, each with different shipment details
BOS runs drayage within Florida, intermodal truck and rail, a third-party FTL and LTL brokerage, a 50,000 sq ft warehouse near the Port of Miami, and a furnished business center. Each service is priced from different information: container size, type and accessorials for drayage, shipment details for FTL and LTL, office needs for the business center. One generic contact form would leave the sales team asking follow-up questions on every lead.
English and Spanish customers
Many of the company's shippers, carriers and staff in South Florida are Spanish speakers, so the site had to serve the same content in English and Spanish, with a language switch in the header.
Sales, carriers and job applicants on one site
Besides shippers asking for rates, the site also had to take carrier and job enquiries and give visitors a brochure that covers all services.
Our approach
Theme-based build on WordPress
We built the site on WordPress with the Massive Dynamic theme, customised through a child theme, and WPBakery Page Builder for page layouts. Service pages share one structure (intro, capabilities, call to action) so the team can edit them without a developer.
One quote form per service
Each service has its own Get a Quote page built with WPForms. The drayage form asks for pick-up and drop-off locations, container size, type and quantity, and accessorials such as overweight, pre-pull, bonded or extra leg. The FTL, LTL, intermodal, warehouse and business center forms each ask for the details that service needs. Forms use reCAPTCHA against spam.
Bilingual content with Polylang
Polylang runs the English and Spanish versions, with a language switcher in the header and hreflang tags linking the two home pages. The Spanish tree has its own pages for services, about, contact, careers, sitemap and privacy policy.
SEO basics and supporting pages
Yoast SEO produces the XML sitemap, Organization schema and Open Graph tags. The site also has About Us, Work With Us for carriers and applicants, a contact page where visitors pick the service they need, warehouse terms and conditions, a downloadable PDF brochure and a newsletter signup in the footer.

A quote path for every service
Every service page leads to a quote form built for that service, so requests arrive with the shipment details the team needs to price them.

English and Spanish visitors get the same set of service, company and contact pages from one WordPress install, managed in one admin.
Editable by the client
Pages, service copy, testimonials and forms are managed in WordPress and WPBakery, so the team can update content without a rebuild.
