We are in Türkiye, we work remotely, and in most engagements we never sit in the same room as you. The panel is how we make that workable rather than something you have to take on trust.
Which stage the project is in, what shipped since you last looked, and what is open — written down as the work happens, so the answer to “where are we” does not depend on catching someone.
Each invoice against the milestone it covers, with its PDF, what has been paid and what is due — the commercial side of the engagement in the same place as the work.

We write updates down as the work happens, because a team spread across time zones cannot rely on everyone being awake at once. The panel is where those updates land, and it is open to you at any hour — there is no meeting you have to sit through to find out where things stand.
Messages go to the people doing the build, and we keep it that way on purpose. If something has gone slowly or come out wrong, you will read it there rather than hear it later.
