Almost nobody in this business publishes a price. We do, because you are going to work out whether we are plausible long before you speak to anyone here — and a page that says ‘contact us for a quote’ helps you decide nothing.

- A full read of the codebase, the hosting and the data
- What is broken, what is fragile, and what is fine
- Where AI would earn its place, and where it would not
- A written report you keep, whether or not you hire us
- A fixed-price proposal for the work, if there is work
The full €1,000 comes off the build if you go ahead within 30 days. If we think you do not need us, we will say so in the report.

The parts people usually find out later.
None of this is buried in a contract you get at the end. It is how we work, so it may as well be on the website.
Payment
40% to start, 30% at the midpoint, 30% on delivery. Invoiced in EUR, USD or GBP by Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti., with VAT reverse-charged for EU business customers.
Overruns are ours
A fixed price is fixed. If the work takes longer than we estimated, we absorb it. The price only changes if you change the scope, and then we agree the new number before we carry on.
Revisions
Two rounds are included in every build. Past that we charge by the hour at an agreed rate, so a third opinion from someone new does not quietly become free work.
The code is yours
Your repository, your accounts, from the first commit. Intellectual property transfers as the work is paid for, not at the end. You can take it elsewhere at any point without asking us for anything.
Publishing a price only helps if it also says no.
We would rather you found this out here than three emails in.
- Work under about €2,000 — the overhead of doing it properly costs more than the job.
- Anything that needs us in a room. We are remote and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
- Greenfield enterprise programmes with a steering committee. Different sport.
- Staff augmentation by the hour. We sell finished work, not seats.
