Most studios do not publish a price. We do, because you are going to work out whether we are plausible long before you speak to anyone here — and ‘contact us for a quote’ helps you decide nothing.

We read the system you already have and tell you what is actually wrong with it, what it would take to fix, and what it would cost.

- A written report you keep, whether or not you hire us
- A fixed-price proposal for the work, if there is work
The full €1,000 comes off the build if you go ahead within 30 days. If we think you do not need us, we will say so in the report.

Response times
When something breaks
Critical means the site is down or payments do not go through. We check every site every five minutes, day and night, so we usually know before you do; outside business hours we start at the next business hour.
Care is upkeep for a website or store: updates, backups and small changes. Run puts engineers on your software system every month, with a budget of engineering hours, which is why it starts higher.

Start With One Thing, Not the Platform
The single flow that has to work before anything else matters — the booking, the checkout, the thing you do by hand every day. Fixed price, fixed date, and production code you own at the end — not a prototype you throw away when it works.

A Lower Rate for Work We Are Allowed to Show
If we can write up what we built and link to it once it is live, it costs you less. We ask before we publish anything, you see it first, and we never use a number we cannot verify.

Pay It Across the Months It Takes
The same work and the same total, spread monthly instead of three lumps. For most early teams the problem is cash flow rather than the number at the bottom.

None of this is buried in a contract you get at the end. It is how we work, so it may as well be on the website.
Payment
40% to start, 30% at the midpoint, 30% on delivery. Invoiced in EUR, USD or GBP by Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. EU business customers get invoices without VAT, under the reverse-charge rule.
Overruns Are Ours
A fixed price is fixed. If the work takes longer than we estimated, we cover the cost. The price only changes if you change the scope, and then we agree the new number before we carry on.
Revisions
Two rounds are included in every build. Past that we charge by the hour at an agreed rate, so a third opinion from someone new does not quietly become free work.
The Code Is Yours
Your repository, your accounts, from the first commit. Intellectual property transfers as the work is paid for, not at the end. You can take it elsewhere at any point without asking us for anything.
