Reactll — AI & Software Engineering Reactor Technology

When the software does not exist yet, we design it, build it and run it.

For a platform, portal, marketplace, store or mobile app that no ready-made tool fits. One senior team designs and builds it at a fixed price, in a code repository you own, and stays on to run it.

First step

Free technical call · then buy, connect or build

If Shopify or a ready-made booking tool does the job, we say so. Custom software is only worth its long-term cost where your way of working sets you apart.

Set of code for both iOS and Android, with Expo

Where this usually starts

A sheet, a group chat, one person's memory
Situation 01

Spreadsheets and a messaging app are running the business.

Bookings and payments live in a sheet, a group chat and one person's memory, and that person cannot take a week off.

Situation 02

Off-the-shelf software almost fits.

The online tool misses the part that makes you different: a pricing rule, an approval step, a second kind of user. You pay per user and work around it every day.

What walks in

What people usually tell us before a build, and what we build for each

02

“No-shows, double bookings and no way to book online.”

Booking built around what is really free (chairs, bays, clinicians, dates), with deposits where needed.

How a job starts here

First we check whether to build at all

01

Start: What You Bring Us

On the free technical call we ask how the work runs today, who the users are, and which systems the new one must connect to.

02

Check: Buy, Connect or Build

We check whether an existing tool already does the job, and what data your accounting or ERP system can share. If a subscription fits, nothing gets built.

The path

Free technical call → System review → fixed-scope Build → monthly Run.

How we work

Four stages, each with one rule that keeps the build worth its cost and keeps it yours

  1. 01 · Scope

    The rule

    Buy Before You Build

A written scope and a fixed price before any code. If Shopify or a ready-made booking tool does the job, we say so. Custom software is only worth its cost where your way of working sets you apart.

  2. 02 · Design

    The rule

Design and Engineering in One Team

The people who will build the screens also design them, while changes are still cheap. That includes the awkward cases: the empty list, the failed payment, the user without access.

  3. 03 · Build

    The rule

A Stack Another Team Could Take Over

Built in small steps on real servers, and visible on a private test site the whole time. Automatic code checks run from the first week.

  4. 04 · Run

    The rule

    The Same Engineers, No Lock-In

Launch, moving your data and the first busy weeks, all by the same engineers. The code is yours, so staying with us is a choice.

FAQ

Questions people ask before a custom build

The price is fixed before any code is written. It depends on how many kinds of users there are, which systems it connects to, payments, and whether you need a mobile app. Current prices are on our pricing page.
The delivery date is written down with the scope and the price. The fastest way to go live is to start with one complete process, start to finish.
Use the ready-made tool if it fits. Build your own when the tool forces daily workarounds, or cannot follow the way of working that sets you apart.
Cross-platform, with Expo and React Native: one set of code for both iOS and Android. If your app needs deep phone-specific (native) work, we say so first.
You do. The code repository and hosting accounts are in your name, and the rights to the code (IP) pass to you as the work is paid. You stay with us by choice, not because you are locked in.
