Same load, typed three times? Type it once: a one-week, €1,000 review shows what to connect first.
Every time a load is retyped, a rate or an accessorial can go missing. In about a week we map where it happens and show the one connection that saves the most.
€1,000 review, about a week · credited in full to the build within 30 days · free first meeting
We tell you which connection pays first, and which ones are not worth building.

What we usually hear
Four signs your freight systems need a review before a build
Each one points to a connection. The review tells you which one pays first.
Dispatch types the same load into the TMS, the load board and accounting.
Enter the load once
02Rate cons and invoices disagree, and someone finds out at month end.

03Detention and accessorials are billed late or not at all.

What we build
What the review gives you, in writing
Your TMS, load board and accounting
A map of every system a load touches
From quote to paid invoice: each system, who types into it and what they type. Written down with your dispatch and billing team.
What each retyping costs
Estimated from a sample of your real loads, so the first connection is chosen on your numbers, not on a hunch.
What each system allows
Whether your TMS, load board and accounting software can take data in and send it out, and how reliably. Some cannot, and we say so.
One first connection, with a fixed price
The connection that saves the most, a written scope and a fixed price to build it. The report is yours either way.
How it starts
One week, €1,000, and a clear first step.
The report is yours. If you build the first connection with us within 30 days, the €1,000 comes off the price.
Who it is for
For freight firms that already have the systems
A good fit
- You run a TMS, a load board and accounting software that do not talk to each other.
- Dispatch or billing retypes loads, rates and statuses every week.
- You want a clear first step and a price before any code is written.
Not a fit yet
-
Already know what to connect?
If you know the systems and the data, skip the review and ask for a fixed quote.
-
Software setting rates?
We do not build anything that sets rates, picks carriers or changes invoices with nobody checking.
-
About to switch TMS?
Review the new one, not the system you are leaving.
How it runs
The review first, then one connection, then the next
-
Step 01
The review, in about a week
We follow real loads from quote to paid invoice and mark every place they are typed twice. Fixed price: €1,000.
-
Step 02
One first connection
Often rate con to invoice or POD to carrier pay, tested on copies of real loads first. Fixed price before any code is written.
-
Step 03
Measure it on real loads
Every sync is logged: what went through, what a person changed and what failed.
-
Step 04
Keep it running, then the next one
On a monthly plan, connections are monitored and fixed when a vendor changes something. The next one comes once the first has paid off.
