Tenekecioğlu: A Bilingual WordPress Site for a Nail and Steel Exporter

Tenekecioğlu (TNK) runs a nail factory in Salihli Organized Industrial Zone that exports mainly to the US, trades pig iron, billets and other steel raw materials, and invests in solar power. We built its Turkish and English WordPress site around product pages, certificates and corporate policies.

The challenge

Three businesses under one family name

Tenekecioğlu is a family group from the Alaşehir and Manisa area. Under the TNK brand it makes collated and bulk nails for export, mainly to the US, trades steel raw materials such as pig iron, billets, wire rod, steel plate and coal, and has moved into electricity generation with solar plants. The website had to present a factory, a trading desk and an energy investor without confusing any of them.

Buyers abroad check credentials first

Foreign buyers and procurement teams want to see product specifications, ISO certification and corporate policies before they ask for a quote, and most of them read English.

Our approach

A product page for each line

Every nail type (bulk, common, duplex, wire-collated, plastic-strip framing nails and wire products) and every raw material has its own page, built as portfolio entries. Each page describes the product and ends with a quote request block giving the phone number and email.

Navigation by business line

A mega menu splits the site into Corporate, Nails, Sectors and Products, so a nail buyer and a steel buyer each reach their section in one click. The Sectors area covers industry and trade and electricity generation.

Credentials in the open

The Corporate page links the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 10002 certificates as PDFs, next to the profit distribution, occupational health and safety, personal data protection and social responsibility policies.

Two languages and a contact form on every page

Polylang serves Turkish and English versions with hreflang tags. A Contact Form 7 inquiry form opens from a modal on every page, and the contact page adds a Google map.

A credible first stop for export buyers

The site is live in Turkish and English with individual pages for the nail range and the steel raw materials, downloadable ISO certificates and published corporate policies, which is what an international buyer checks before sending an inquiry.

Inquiries from any page

Because the contact form sits in a site-wide modal and every product page ends with a quote request, a visitor never has to go looking for a way to get in touch.

Editable by the client

Products and policies are ordinary WordPress content built with WPBakery, so the TNK team can add product lines or update certificates without a developer.
