Platinflex: A Product and Applications Site for a Metal Hose Maker
Platinflex is an Istanbul manufacturer of corrugated flexible metal hoses for gas, HVAC, fire protection, rail, marine and power engineering. We built its English-language WordPress site around product lines, industry applications, compliance documents and an inquiry form for B2B buyers.
The challenge
A technical product range for engineering buyers
Platinflex manufactures corrugated flexible metal hoses and assemblies: EN 14800 and EN 15266 gas hoses, sprinkler, solar, vibration, boiler, fan coil and industrial hoses, plus custom assemblies. Its buyers are installers, OEMs and procurement teams who need standards, sizes and application fit before they ask for a quote.
One product, many industries
The same hose families serve power engineering, HVAC, fire protection, rail, marine and shipbuilding, and chemical plants. The site had to let a visitor come in by product or by sector and still land on the right information.
Proof of quality for industrial procurement
Industrial suppliers are vetted on certifications and policies. Platinflex needed its ISO certificates, quality policy and corporate governance documents to be public and easy to find.
Our approach
Products and applications as two entry points
We structured the site around a Products section with a page per hose family (8 in total) and an Applications section with a page per sector (6 in total). The homepage links into both, with short sector summaries and a slider that frames the range around safety, transport, performance and renewable energy.
Product pages built around specifications
Each product page groups its variants with the standard they meet, their construction, their advantages, their application areas and available sizes, for example DN15 to DN32 for EN 15266 CSST gas pipe. Reusable Elementor templates keep these blocks consistent across product lines.
Compliance and governance in one place
Under About we published a Quality and QA page and six policy pages: quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, working conditions and human rights, corporate ethics and code of conduct. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates are linked as downloadable PDFs.
Inquiries routed by topic
The contact page lists the Istanbul head office and the factory lines, embeds a Google Map, and uses a Contact Form 7 form protected by reCAPTCHA. Its subject dropdown separates technical support, pricing, sales, collaboration and job applications so the team can triage messages. A Know How section and a news blog carry the longer technical content.

The live site covers 8 product lines and 6 application sectors, each with its own page, alongside a Know How page and a blog of 27 technical articles on topics such as metal hoses versus copper pipe and vibration hoses for compressors.
Documents buyers ask for, already public
Procurement teams can download the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certificates and read six governance policies without contacting sales, which shortens supplier vetting.
Built for search and measurement
All in One SEO generates titles, XML sitemaps and Organization, WebSite and BreadcrumbList structured data. Google Site Kit connects the site to Google's tools, and LiteSpeed Cache serves pages from cache.
