Why our own
Why we keep building our own
Our own products are where we try things first. A new way of letting AI search documents, a payment flow, a new release process or a new version of a tool gets used here, at our own cost, before it goes anywhere near a client's system.
It is also why we talk about running software, not only handing it over. These products have been live long enough to break in the ordinary ways — a supplier changing how their service connects, a bill rising, a data move going wrong — and we were the ones who had to fix them.
