Real Estate Club Dubai: a Dubai property advisor and off-plan radar (mobile app)

Our own product. The Real Estate Club Dubai iOS app puts the platform's AI property advisor, off-plan radar with handover alerts, calculators and service directory in a native app. It runs on the same API as the website, and nobody needs an account to look around.

The challenge

One backend for web and mobile

The same content, directory and tools needed to work on the website and in a native iOS app, without keeping two separate systems in sync.

No sign-up wall

Buyers should be able to ask the advisor, follow off-plan projects and run the calculators as guests. An account only makes sense once someone wants to save projects or be alerted.

Our approach

A native app on the same API

We added an API to the Laravel app so the iOS app can use the same system as the website. It uses Sanctum for sign-in, it is versioned, and it doesn't require an account. The iOS app is built with Expo, React Native, expo-router and TanStack Query, and its code lives in the same repository as the website. It reuses the advisor, directory, handover radar, calculators and lead capture from the backend. Accounts are only needed to save projects, get push alerts or have the advisor remember a buyer's budget and goals.

Built around the buyer's questions

The app is organised around the Advisor, the off-plan Radar, Tools and Explore. The Radar tracks new launches and upcoming handovers and filters by price band, area and developer. Explore links areas, projects and developers to each other. Guided journeys for buying, investing, relocating, renting and selling bring together the right guides, tools and professionals.

What is running today

A native iOS app in the App Store

The Real Estate Club Dubai iOS app is live in the App Store. It runs on the same backend and API, so new content, listings and data show up on the web and in the app together.

Guest-first

Everything can be browsed without an account. Signing in is only for saving, personalising and alerts.
