Case Studies Pricing

Make your first reply a rate, not a question. One quote form per freight service.

Drayage, LTL, FTL and warehousing are each priced from different facts. We build a form per service that asks for them, so your team can quote without a second email.

Quote Form Checklist

From €1,500 · fixed price agreed before any work · free first meeting

First step

One form per service

If the form asks what pricing needs, the first email back can be a rate.

No second email

What we usually hear

Where freight quote requests lose a day, and what we change

01

Drayage requests arrive without container size, weight or pre-pull.

A drayage form that asks for container size and type, weight, port or ramp and accessorials before it can be sent.

02

One contact form for every service.

A form or tab per service, so LTL asks for class and dims and warehousing asks for pallets and duration.

03

Rate requests come in by email and get retyped.

Emailed requests and attachments land in the same fields as the form. AI does the reading; a person checks each one.

04

Shippers more at home in another language leave half the fields empty.

The same forms in English and Spanish, or any language your shippers use, from one install.

05

Nobody knows how many requests became loads.

Every request gets a reference and a service tag, so quoted and booked loads can be counted per lane and service.

06

The form breaks in peak season and nobody notices.

Forms are tested after every change and monitored, so a broken submit is caught the same day.

Who it is for

Built for freight firms that quote every day

A good fit

Your pricing team keeps asking the same questions.

  • Quote requests come in through your website or by email, every day.
  • Each service is priced from different facts, and a generic form misses them.
  • You want every request to land in one place, in one shape.

Quote form checklist

The freight quote form checklist

Twelve checks we run on every freight quote flow. Tick what your current form already does. Your ticks are saved only in your browser.

0 of 12 confirmed

Tick only what you can confirm, not what you assume. Several basics are unconfirmed. That is common when one contact form serves every service, and it is exactly what a quote form review covers. In good shape. The unticked items are where rate requests still need a second email. All 12 confirmed. Your form already asks what pricing needs. Keep it in step as services and accessorials change.

How we work

Your pricing team’s questions first, then the form

  1. 01 · Map

    What happens

    Map Your Services and Fields

For each service, we list every fact your pricing team needs before it can quote. That list becomes the form.

  2. 02 · Build

    What happens

    Forms on Your Site

One form or tab per service, in your shippers’ languages, working on a phone, landing in your TMS, CRM or inbox.

  3. 03 · Sort

    What happens

    Emailed Requests Too

Rate requests that still come by email land in the same fields. AI does the reading; your team checks and prices.

  4. 04 · Run

    What happens

    Keep It Running

We monitor the forms, keep spam out and change fields when your services or accessorials change.

FAQ

Questions freight firms ask about quote forms

Only a guide price for simple lanes, if you want one. Most freight firms keep a person on the final rate; our job is to make sure that person has every fact on the first read.
Usually. Most TMSs take requests by import, an email-in address or a direct connection. We check what yours allows before we price that part.
Yes. Both of our Miami freight sites run in English and Spanish from one install, with a language switch. Any other language your shippers use works the same way.
No. The quote forms can be added to the site you have. If the site itself is the problem, we will tell you, but that is a separate decision.
Usually within a week. Mapping the services and fields with your pricing team is the first step and takes a few days.
On a monthly plan we keep them working: tested after every change, spam kept out, and fields changed when your services or accessorials change.
