New clients arrive with the facts. A site and a form per matter type.

Most firm sites end in one contact form and a shared inbox. We give each matter or service type its own form that asks for the parties, dates and documents, and sends the enquiry straight to the right person.

Facts before the first reply

What we usually hear

Where a firm loses a new client before the first reply, and what we change

01

Enquiries arrive with half the facts missing.

A form per matter or service type that asks for dates, deadlines and amounts before it can be sent.

02

Every enquiry starts with three emails back and forth.

The other parties and the key documents asked for up front, so your first reply can be a real one.

03

Everything lands in one shared inbox.

Each enquiry sent to the right person by matter type and language, with an alert when nobody picks it up.

04

The client hired whoever answered first.

An automatic reply that says what happens next and when, and a named person on every enquiry.

05

The website is old, and nobody owns it.

A clear site your team can update, kept patched and backed up every month.

06

Personal data sits in too many inboxes.

Enquiry data in one place, open only to the people who need it, and deleted on schedule.

Who it is for

Built for firms with several kinds of work

Law firms · Tax advisers · Accountants · Bookkeepers

A good fit

Every new enquiry needs the same follow-up questions.

  • You run a law, tax or accounting firm with several kinds of work.
  • New enquiries need the same questions before anyone can reply properly.
  • You want a site your team can update, and someone who keeps it running.

Enquiry form checklist

The enquiry form checklist

Twelve checks we run on every firm’s website and forms. Tick what yours already does. Your ticks are saved only in your browser.

0 of 12 confirmed

Tick only what you can confirm, not what you assume. Several basics are still open. That is common for firm websites, and the first look shows which ones cost you clients. Close. The unticked items are where a new enquiry most often stalls before the first reply. All 12 confirmed. Check the forms again whenever your services or your team change.

Client data & contracts

Where enquiry data goes, and under which contract

  1. 01

    In writing

We sign our DPA as your processor

Your firm stays the controller of client data. Our Data Processing Agreement covers GDPR and KVKK, and you can read it before we meet: reactll.com/legal/dpa.

  2. 02

Client data stays in the EU

By default it is stored on our server in Frankfurt, Germany. Backups sit on the same server and are deleted after 30 days.

  3. 03

    An NDA before any access

We sign it before we see your systems or files. Access is personal, never a shared login, and removed when it is no longer needed.

  4. 04

KVKK covered for firms in Türkiye

We sign the KVKK standard contract on request, at no cost. The agreement is in Turkish too: reactll.com/legal/dpa?lang=tr.

  5. 05

    You contract with Reaktör Teknoloji

Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti., Istanbul, trading as Reactll. Every service provider that can touch client data is listed in the DPA, with where it is based.

FAQ

Questions firms ask about their website and forms

Not always. We start from your current site and forms. Often new forms and a few clearer pages are enough, and we will say so.
No. It collects the names of the other parties up front and can pass them to your conflict check. The check, and every decision about a client, stays with your firm. We do not give legal or tax advice.
Often, yes, where your software accepts them. We check what yours allows before we price it.
It asks for consent, says how the data is used and is open only to the people who need it. Enquiries are stored in the EU, on our server in Frankfurt, and the personal details are anonymised after 24 months. We sign our Data Processing Agreement as your processor, and an NDA before any access. For firms in Türkiye it covers KVKK, and it is in Turkish too. You contract with Reaktör Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti.
Yes. English, Dutch, German, Turkish or the languages your clients use, from one site with a language switch, including the automatic replies.
We do, on a monthly plan: updates tested on a copy first, backups, form tests and small changes. It works for a site we did not build, too.
