Metgün Enerji: A Corporate Website for a Renewable Energy Investor

A corporate website for Metgün Enerji, the renewable energy arm of the Istanbul-based Met-Gün Group, with solar, wind, hydro and biogas plants. We designed and built the original WordPress site; it has since been replaced.

The challenge

A large portfolio to explain

The company runs solar, wind, hydroelectric and biogas plants in Türkiye and has solar projects in Spain. The client's content plan gave each plant and energy source its own page, plus the group, milestones and future plans.

Our approach

Structure from the content plan

We built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro on a licensed theme, in a dark navy and blue palette with full-width energy imagery. The menu covered Home, Corporate, Fields of Activity and Sustainability, with a Contact button.

Energy sources up front

A full-width band on the home page and the footer both linked straight to the solar, wind, hydroelectric and biogas plant pages. The footer added the address, a newsletter sign-up and social links, and the contact page paired a form with the head office details.
