The system is live and getting worse. We take it over, fix it and run it.

For live software that breaks easily and has no clear owner, whether we built it or someone else did. You get a written review, the riskiest problems fixed first, upgrades in stages instead of a rewrite, and a team that runs it.

System Review · within a week

If the system is in better shape than you feared, the report says you do not need us.

Where this usually starts

Before
01

The developer is gone and the site still takes orders.

No documentation, no handover, sometimes no login to the server, domain or repository. Every small change waits, and every outage is a guessing game.

02

The build stopped before it was finished.

Often made with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or Replit: it runs in a demo, then breaks with real users and payments. There are no tests and no safe way to release changes.

After

A system someone owns again.

  • Every login, domain and licence in your name.
  • A written account of how the system fits together.
  • The riskiest problems fixed first, and upgrades in stages that each go live on their own.
  • One team running it every month, or a handover to your own team, with written notes.

What walks in

Five things we hear about live systems, and what happens next

“The developer is gone, and the system still takes orders.”

We get every login back into your name, write down how the system works, then run it or hand it on.

Seen in: SaaS & Startups, Restaurants & Cafés

“Nobody has dared to update it since the last update broke checkout.”

Updates tested on a private copy first, timed away from your busy sales season. Heavy plugins are replaced where they cause the problem.

Seen in: E-Commerce & Retail, Restaurants & Cafés

“Built fast with AI tools, and users keep finding the gaps.”

We read the code before it grows, keep what is sound, and finish login, access rules, payments and the release setup.

Seen in: SaaS & Startups

“Nobody knows where our customers' data goes.”

We map where the data goes, then fix who can see it, what is logged, backups, which country it is hosted in and how long it is kept.

“The old system breaks whenever anything changes.”

We make one system the single trusted home for your data, and move it forward in stages without going offline.

How we work

Four stages, each with a rule, ending in a system someone owns

Free technical meeting → System Review → fixed-price stages, each live on its own → monthly Run.

  1. 01 · Review

Read it before we touch it

Software versions, add-ons, security weak spots and what will break next, written down in a report you keep. Changing a system nobody understands is how checkout breaks on a Friday evening.

  2. 02 · Stabilise

    Stabilise before improving

First, logins in your name, backups tested by restoring them, passwords changed, and live errors and signs of hacking dealt with. Improvements on a shaky base are lost in the next outage.

  3. 03 · Upgrade

    Upgrade in place before rebuilding

We upgrade what is there where the code is solid, and replace parts where it is not. Each stage goes live on its own. We only recommend a rebuild where the technology holds the business back.

  4. 04 · Run

The same care, whoever built it

Updates, monitoring, backups, fixing outages and monthly changes, the same for systems we built and systems we took over. Every login stays in your name.

FAQ

Questions people ask before handing over a live system

Yes. We get the domain, DNS settings, hosting, code repository and licences back into your name. We write down how the system works, then run it or hand it to your next team.
No, and usually you should not. Most of our work is upgrading what is already there and replacing single parts over time.
Yes. AI-generated code often lacks access rules, safely stored secret keys and error handling. We keep what is sound and rewrite the rest.
It is a rolling monthly plan. It covers updates, monitoring, backups, fixing outages and engineering hours, and you follow it in the Reactll Connect app. Larger work gets a fixed price. Current prices are on our pricing page.

Live system getting worse, and nobody wants to touch it?

It starts with a written review of what is there, then fixes in order of risk. We take it over and keep it running, whether we built it or not.
