Racool Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Racool game for iOS and Android handles your information. The same text is shown inside the app, under Profile → About.

1. Who We Are

Racool is made by Reaktör Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Reactor Technology LLC), trading as Reactll, Şahkulu Mah. Serdar-ı Ekrem Cad. No: 15/A, Galata, 34430 Beyoğlu, İstanbul, Türkiye. We are responsible for the app and for this policy.

2. The Short Version

Racool does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location or photos.
Your game progress (stars, coins, souvenirs, settings) is saved only on your device.
The app shows no third-party ads, offers no in-app purchases, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

3. What Stays on Your Device

The app stores your game progress and settings in your device storage so you can continue where you left off. We do not receive this data.

You can clear it at any time with Profile → Reset progress. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it, and we cannot restore it.

4. Daily Reminders

If you allow notifications, the app schedules a few evening reminders on your device (at most one per day) while today’s postcard is unopened. They are created and delivered by your phone; no notification data is sent to us.

You can turn reminders off at any time in Profile → Settings or in your phone settings.

5. App Updates

To deliver fixes and new content, the app checks for updates with the update service of Expo (650 Industries, Inc.). For this, the update service creates a random installation identifier on your device; it is not linked to your name or any account. Each update check sends this identifier to Expo together with technical information such as your IP address, device platform and app version, as needed to send the update. Expo handles this data under its own privacy policy.

6. Ads, Purchases and Tracking

The current version of Racool shows no third-party ads, offers no in-app purchases and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

7. Children

Racool is a family-friendly game. The app asks for no name, email or account and collects no personal data from anyone, including children; the only identifier it uses is the random installation identifier described above, which is used solely to deliver app updates. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU GDPR give you rights over your personal data. As we hold no personal data from the app, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete, but you can contact us with any question or request.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
