Zeyno Beauty: A WordPress Site for a Miami Microblading Artist
Website build for Zeyno Beauty, a Miami makeup and permanent makeup artist and instructor. A WordPress site with a service overview for brows, eyes, lips and makeup, training courses, aftercare and preparation guides, a deposit and cancellation policy, and booking and contact request paths.
The challenge
A procedure clients research before they book
Microblading and permanent makeup are semi-permanent procedures. Clients want to understand the difference between techniques, whether they are a good candidate, and what healing looks like before they commit to an appointment.
Appointments that block out long chairs
Each appointment reserves a long block of the artist's time, so the studio needed its deposit, rescheduling and no-show rules stated clearly before anyone requested a slot, not explained afterwards over messages.
Two audiences on one site
Zeyno Erkin also trains new artists, including international students through virtual training. The site had to serve clients booking a procedure and students looking for courses without mixing the two.
Our approach
Service pages written around the decision
We structured the services page around the procedures clients actually compare: Eyebrow Microblading, Powder Eyebrow & Shading, Eye & Lip Enhancement, and Makeup Services, each with a plain explanation and a line on who it suits, such as shading for clients with oily skin or previous permanent makeup.
Aftercare and preparation as first-class pages
Post-care instructions, what to expect during healing, and appointment preparation live under a dedicated FAQ section in the main navigation, so the artist can send one link instead of repeating instructions after every session.
Policy before the booking request
A Booking & Cancellation Policy page sets out the deposit, the 48-hour rescheduling window and the no-show rule, and is linked from the footer next to a persistent Book Now call to action in the header.
An editable WordPress build
The site runs on WordPress with the Creativo theme and WPBakery Page Builder, so the client can edit copy and sections herself. Contact Form 7 handles enquiries, Yoast SEO provides titles and Organization/WebSite structured data, and a remote brow-assessment path (photo, phone or FaceTime) is offered for clients who cannot visit in person.

Growth over time
Since May 2026One place to answer the pre-booking questions
Services, aftercare, preparation and policy content are all on the site, giving the studio a single reference to point new and returning clients to.
A clear route from interest to request
Every page carries a Book Now link and a brow-assessment call to action, and the contact page pairs a form with phone, email and a map of the Miami location.
Room for the training side of the business
Courses and virtual training have their own place in the services structure, so the artist's teaching work sits alongside client procedures without a separate site.
