Zeyno Beauty: A WordPress Site for a Miami Microblading Artist
We built the website for Zeyno Beauty, a Miami makeup and permanent makeup artist and instructor. The WordPress site covers services for brows, eyes, lips and makeup, and training courses. It also has aftercare and preparation guides, a deposit and cancellation policy, and ways to request a booking or get in touch.

The challenge
A procedure clients research before they book
Microblading and permanent makeup are semi-permanent procedures. Before they book, clients want to know how the techniques differ. They want to know if the treatment suits them and what healing looks like.
Appointments that take a long time
Each appointment takes a long block of the artist's time. So the studio needed clear rules on deposits, rescheduling and no-shows. Clients had to see them before asking for a slot, not later over messages.
Two audiences on one site
Zeyno Erkin also trains new artists, including international students through virtual training. The site had to serve clients booking a treatment and students looking for courses, without mixing the two.
Our approach
Service pages that help clients choose
We built the services page around the treatments clients compare: Eyebrow Microblading, Powder Eyebrow & Shading, Eye & Lip Enhancement, and Makeup Services. Each has a plain explanation and a line on who it suits. For example, shading suits clients with oily skin or previous permanent makeup.
Aftercare and preparation get their own pages
Aftercare steps, what to expect while healing, and how to prepare all sit in an FAQ section in the main menu. The artist can send one link instead of repeating the same instructions after every session.
Policy before the booking request
A Booking & Cancellation Policy page explains the deposit, the 48-hour window for rescheduling and the no-show rule. It is linked in the footer, and a Book Now button stays in the header on every page.
An editable WordPress build
The site runs on WordPress with the Creativo theme and WPBakery Page Builder. This lets the client edit text and sections herself. Contact Form 7 handles enquiries. Yoast SEO sets page titles and adds Organization/WebSite structured data (labels that help search engines read the site). Clients who cannot visit in person can get a remote brow assessment by photo, phone or FaceTime.

What is running today
One place to answer the pre-booking questions
Services, aftercare, preparation and policy content are all on the site. The studio now has one place to send new and returning clients.
A clear route from interest to request
Every page has a Book Now link and a button to ask for a brow assessment. The contact page has a form, phone, email and a map of the Miami location.
Room for the training side of the business
Courses and virtual training have their own place in the services section. The artist's teaching sits next to client treatments, with no need for a separate site.

Other things we built and run
EMA Mühendislik
A new website design for EMA Mühendislik, a supplier of process equipment such as heat exchangers, pumps, valves and rupture discs. The work ran from an August 2023 design brief through revision rounds to the Turkish translation in early 2024.
Mini Moca Sweden
Mini Moca Sweden makes soft leather shoes and slippers for babies and young children. We built its Swedish and English website on WordPress, with a product catalogue organised by collection, a size guide, care and delivery FAQs and pages for resellers and sustainability.
Snapper's Seafood
Design and build of the website for Snapper's Seafood, a Cajun and Creole seafood restaurant on Canal Street in New Orleans. A WordPress and Elementor site with an 11-section tabbed menu the staff can edit, reservation and private-event request forms, opening hours, and local-history content.
