Minayla: The Marketing Site for a Trucking and Warehouse SaaS

WordPress marketing site for Minayla, Miami-based online software (SaaS) and a mobile app for trucking, drayage and warehouse companies. Drayage means moving shipping containers over short distances. The site explains four products, compares two platforms, answers questions by platform and turns visitors into demo requests.

The challenge

A complex product for a practical audience

Minayla covers transportation management, a driver app, a customer portal and warehouse management. Trucking and drayage operators are busy people; the site had to explain what each part does in plain terms and get them to ask for a demo.

Two platforms, one brand

Companies can choose the Transportation platform, the Warehouse platform or both. Features, plans and questions had to be presented per platform without making the site feel like two products.

Marketing site and product side by side

Existing customers and drivers also arrive on the site looking for a way in. The site needed quick links to the Operations Portal and Customer Portal next to the marketing content.

Our approach

WordPress with a SaaS layout

We built the site on WordPress with the Scape theme, adjusted through a child theme, and laid the pages out with WPBakery Page Builder. A top bar carries the support email and links to the Operations and Customer portals, and every page ends with a Request Demo prompt.

Features by product and platform

The Features page has a section for each of the four products: the Transportation Management Portal, the Smartphone Application for Drivers, the Customer Web Portal and the Warehouse Management Portal. The homepage also covers street turns, container availability and empty returns, and vessel info and ETA, then compares the Transportation and Warehouse platforms side by side.

Answers and contact paths

The FAQ is grouped into General, Transportation Platform and Warehouse Platform tabs. Request Demo and Contact pages use Contact Form 7, the footer has a Mailchimp newsletter signup, and the driver app is linked to the App Store and Google Play.

Results

What is running today

One place to understand the product

About Us, Features, FAQ, Contact, Request Demo, Careers and the legal pages give prospects the full picture, from the company story to how each module works.

A clear route to a demo

Request Demo sits in the header and at the end of every page, and the platform comparison has Try Now buttons for each platform.

Customers find their way in

The Operations Portal and Customer Portal links stay in the top bar on every page, and the driver app store links sit on the Features page.
