Distance Sales Agreement

Last updated: 4 November 2026 · Version 1.1

This agreement applies when you order a fixed-price package on this website. You accept it by ticking the box on the order form. We record the version you accepted, with the date, time and IP address.

1. The parties

Seller: Reaktör Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi, trading as Reactll

  • Address: Şahkulu Mah. Serdar-ı Ekrem Cad. No: 15/A, Galata, 34430 Beyoğlu, İstanbul, Türkiye
  • Istanbul Trade Registry no: 298746-5 · MERSİS no: 0734209102400001
  • Tax office and number: Beyoğlu, 7342091024
  • Email: [email protected] · Phone: +90 538 827 21 47

Buyer: the business named on the order form, represented by the person who placed the order. Its company name, address, tax details, email address and phone number are the ones given on that form.

2. What is being sold

One of these packages, as chosen on the order form:

  • System Review: we read the software system you already run and write down what is wrong with it, what it would take to fix, and what that would cost.
  • Store Review: the same review for an online store. We follow real orders from cart to invoice and check payments, plugins, stock and emails.

The result is a written report. Nothing physical is delivered.

3. Price and payment

3.1 The price is the one shown on the order form and on the payment page before you pay. For a business established in Türkiye, it is the Turkish lira amount shown plus 20% KDV; the contract is made in that amount and the invoice is issued in Turkish lira. For a business established abroad, it is €1,000. The price is fixed once the order is placed.

3.2 The full amount is payable when you order, by Mastercard or Visa through iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.). Instalments are not offered. If we have agreed it in writing, you can pay by bank transfer instead.

3.3 Your card details go directly to iyzico and never reach the Seller.

3.4 The Seller issues the invoice to the details on the order form. EU businesses are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge (Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC).

4. Delivery

4.1 Within one working day of payment, we write to you about the access we need.

4.2 We email you the report within 7 days of getting that access. If access arrives late or stops working, the period moves by the same amount of time.

4.3 Delivery takes place when we send the report to the email address on the order. The Delivery and Refund Terms give the details.

5. What we need from you

You confirm that you have the right to give us access to the system you name, and that the details on the order are correct. The review reads your system; it does not change it unless you ask us to in writing.

6. Refunds

You get the full amount back if you cancel before you have given us access, if we do not deliver within the period in 4.2 for a reason on our side, or if we find we cannot do the review. Once the report has been delivered, the service has been performed in full and no refund is due. Section 4 of the Delivery and Refund Terms explains how to ask and how long it takes.

7. Business customers and the right of withdrawal

7.1 These packages are sold to businesses only. By ordering, you confirm that you are acting for a business, trade or profession and are authorised to act for the business you name. Because of this, the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation do not apply, and neither does a statutory right of withdrawal.

7.2 If mandatory law nevertheless treats you as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of the order, without giving a reason, by writing to [email protected]. The right ends once the service has begun with your consent before the 14 days are over (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15). Giving us access after your order is that consent. We refund any amount due within 14 days of your notice.

8. Confidentiality and personal data

We keep what we see in your system confidential and use it only for the review. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf during the review, our Data Processing Agreement applies.

9. Liability and the rest of our terms

Our Terms of Service also apply to this order, including their limits on liability. If they conflict with this agreement on the sale of a package, this agreement prevails.

10. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Please write to us first; we aim to resolve complaints within 30 days. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction, as set out in section 18 of the Terms of Service. If mandatory law treats you as a consumer, you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live, up to the limits set by law each year.

11. Entry into force

The agreement takes effect when you place the order and pay. A copy of its terms stays available on this page, and your order confirmation email links to it.
