We isolate it, check it for backdoors and injected files, clean it, find how the attacker got in and close that path, then harden the site so it does not happen the same way twice.
Where it is now, or on a server we manage for you. Either way, the hosting, domain and licences end up in your name, not ours.
No. The monthly plan rolls month to month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Yes. Checkout, payment gateways, order sync and HPOS compatibility are part of what we test on staging before every update.
